Dr. Normand has spent the past several years providing consultation services to families, schools, school boards, and non-profits throughout Maine. With over twenty-five years in the education field, Dr. Normand is outcomes oriented and driven to help students, families, teachers, schools, and school leaders achieve their goals. After a long career in the non-profit special education world, he has unique perspective and insight into both private and public-school systems. Dr. Normand received his B.A. from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania and his M.S. in special education from the University of Southern Maine. He completed his Ed. D. at the University of New England. A native of Southern Maine, he enjoys the outdoors, time with family and friends, rides in his antique convertible and his beagle, Bubba.
